Whats the cheapest PCI card with TV out I can get? Image quality is some to affect the pick slightly, but not tremendously. THis will be used probably only for the tv out signal. How do they differ from card to card or company to company?
I know Matrox has highest quality, but their prices are freakishly high for a new card that will run with drivers on XP. I know that ATI is next followed by Nvidia. I'd like to have something slightly higher in quality, so I'd prefer ATI unless with tv out it doesn't make a difference.
