PCI card to watch video input source?

I'm looking for something similiar to the ATI TV Wonder but that actually works with Windows 2000. Basically all I need is something that accepts video in and allows me to watch this source full screen. I don't need sound or tuning capability, just video. Basically I'm going to run video in from my DirecTivo and use an IR repeater and an extra remote to tune. Sound will go directly into my Sony receiver which currently handles PC sound duties. I assume this is a pretty basic card but I need solid Win2k/XP performance.
