PCI Card Installation for KT7 Raid

Is it ok to put my PCI cards in a KT7 Raid motherboard all at the same time and reboot or should I put the cards in , one at a time , and reboot. This is a brand new system. I have the video card loaded , the bios is setup , and the operating system is in. Now it is time to put the PCI cards in. Any recommendations?
 
One at a time, starting with your sound card & drivers (I suggest PCI slot 3) rebooting between the installation of your other PCI cards and drivers.
