PCI Bus speeds... out of whack?!

Using Sandra2001 (2000 apparently had problems with this) my PCI bus says it's at 44mhz!

However, in my bios (Abit KT7A) it says It shoud be 33mhz (133/33). I tested it at 140/34, and sure enough it said my PCI bus was running at 47Mhz, and my modem would no longer work!

It says it's only using the 1/3 divider... is this the motherboard, the bios (bios setting?) or just sandra telling me the wrong thing, and my PCI devices not being able to touch anything but 33...

(oh, at 100mhz FSB it says PCI at 33 like it should)

You know, I noticed that too. I have an Iwill KK266 board and my PCI is showing up at 44 and my AGP is also out of whack. I'm running a regular 133 FSB right now and I'm getting some wierd lockups and errors. I thought at first that it was my Voodoo5 AGP wierding out on me, but now I'm not so sure...
