PCI bus speed identification

I was wondering if anyone knew any programs other than Sandra than can identify or detect what your pci and agp bus speeds are. Sandra seems only able to identify the bus speed if it is at a 100 MHz FSB or a 133 MHZ FSB. It is a DFI CS61-EC (i815ep) board and its manual is not much help and the neither are the bios settings. The bus speed I am wondering about is 127MHz. If it is using a 1/3 multiplier it would have a 42.3 pci speed which would quickly kill my oldish maxtor drive.

Thanks for any suggestions.
