PCI Bus Specification Rev. 2.2 question...

I am looking for a NIC card that handles higher FSB speeds and I am curious about the PCI 2.2 spec. Is this the spec for the 66mhz PCI slots? I was under the impression that a NIC that is designed for a 66mhz as well as a 33mhz PCI slot would be able to handle higher PCI speeds. Is this spec indeed 66mhz? Thanks in advance..

The spec contains the 66MHz speed in addition to the 33MHz speed. PCI 2.2 has full support for 6 bus mastering devices and the full ACPI implementation. There's nothing really new apart from that.
