PCI bus problem-Need help!

O.K, new rig, Iwill KK266 m/b,600 Duron. Windows will not load any drivers for the Iomega cd-rw, device manager says windows(98se)could not load the driver for PCI bus because the comp. is reporting two PCI.VXD bus types(code2). Suggests contacting manu. for an updated BIOS. Any idea? What does this have to do with the cd burner if anything. Cant burn cd's even with 52x cd-rom. Thanks for any help!
