PCI bus 1, device 0, function 0 = AGP slot ?

A week ago I loaded OS, Soyo K7ADA drivers, Loaded VisionTek Geforce 3 Ti200 drivers, then CDRW, NIC etc. A couple days ago I installed WinTV Go and it tells me I don't have AGP support. So I go to update to the newest driver (detonator 4) and I notice that my device manager tells me that my Geforce 3 card location is "PCI bus 1, device 0, function 0", it ain't in no pci slot. Just updated Soyo drivers as per their site, what next? what's the solution?
