PCI bracket with port extensions.

I'm looking for one of those PCI brackets that have extension ports like USB and SATA.

Specifically, I need one that has no more than two USB ports and at least one SATA port. I've seen this:

but, it only has one USB port. It would be perfect if it had two.

Anyone seen anything like what I'm looking for?


An alternative would be a half-mini PCIE card with USB headers.

I needed something that would go into an empty PCI slot hole on the case.
