pci/agp locks.. is it really that difficult to implement by mobo manufacturers?

Yeah, it's too bad the board doesn't have the locks, reminds me on the P4T days where certain fsb speeds would keep the pci/agp in spec. You're pretty much screwed trying to overclock without these locks.
