PCI/AGP lock on an Athlon board?

I keep reading about how the intel 845D boards are so great since you can lock the PCI/AGP bus. I was wondering if there are any Athlon boards that could do the same thing.
 
So you Nforce board will let you up you fsb and ceep you pci at 33 and agp at 66. Thanks that is exactly what I am looking for. How well does it overclock?
