PCI 2 ISA?

Suppose I have a ISA board and want to use it in a PCI slot, where can I find an adaptor to put between it and the PCI slot? Thanks.

dont think such thing exist, otherwise it won't really fit the case.. but i could be wrong.

Forcesho is correct. There is no PCI to ISA adapter and there better never be one. I thank every God that is was and will be for that. Do not pursue it. If your mainboard does not have an ISA slot, you should be able to find a better affordable PCI or USB alternative.

There isn't any ISA card that doesn't have a superior PCI counterpart. just go with the flow and replace that antique beastie

I don't know about that...there are some very nice ISA modems out
there compared to the crap PCI modems nowadays.......

I disagree. Any card that does not need the extra speed of the PCI bus will perform better in an ISA version. This is because there is a lot less crap in the ISA protocol vs. PCI.

Zoom (now defunct) used to make an ISA version and a PCI version of the same modem. The speed difference was small, but significant according to PCWorld.

The fastest Parallel port card is the ISA DTC Parallel Express. There are several ISA parallel port cards that are faster than the fastest PCI card, SIIG Cyberparallel. My company is heavily involved in the parallel port, and it is our job to know what the best plugin cards are

Besides, I would rather set jumpers than mess with plug and pray.
