PcChip 726 stability problem with GeforceMX ?

I want to help a friend who has lots of stability problem with GeforceMX in his M726 board. Anyone out here running MX stable with this board based on ALI chipset? Any advice?
He has tried to change FastWrite, AGP1x, VGA IRQ to no avail.
System is only stable when AGP is disabled in DirectX.

best advice you can give him is to dump that POS board and buy something else. PCChips is the bottom feeder of motherboards. Pure crap. He will never get that card to work with any stability on that motherboard
