pcAnywhere file transfer problem

Oops! Found an answer. Don't know how it happened, but if I put my mouse cursor next the the edge of the screen I can drag another panel onto the screen. Don't know how my original one collapsed but she's working again.

I've been using pcAnywhere without serious problems for over a month but suddenly have a weird problem. A fair number of times I've been in the middle of a session and I decide to transfer some files from either the host computer to my own computer or vice versa. I click the File Transfer button in the pcAnywhere toolbar that stretches over the top and a dual pane window opens up - one pane for each computer, the host and my machine. I can drag and drop files or folders between the two panes, no problem. Well, there can be problems but I've found workarounds and won't go into that. Suddenly, when I click the File Transfer button I only get one pane and it corresponds to one machine or the other. I can't drag and drop, obviously, and if I select files and click the button at the left labeled "Transfer", I get a message that I can't copy files to the same folder! I've hunted all over and can't figure out what's going on. Rebooted both machines, same problem. Any help appreciated.
