PC3500 or PC3700?

I'm trying to decide between getting 2x512 of OCZ PC3500 (CL2) or 2x512 of Winbond (not Twinmos) PC3700 (CL 2.5). I know the OCZ can OC pretty well, but does anyone know about the Winbond PC3700 chips? I am running a P4 2.4B on a Sis 655 SINXP1394.
