pc3200 vs pc3500 ddr

I'm trying to decide between the two..Sure, DDR3200 chips can be had for cheaper, but does the premium price of DDR3500 enable one to overclock a bit more? I'll be using an abit BH7 board (i845pe) with a 2.4b cpu.
Thanks!
P.S. I've also notice pc3700 but it's way out of my price range - should I be saving my pennies for it?

Also noticed some low latency chips out there.. If I do splurge and get the OCZ pc3500 ddr ram, is the EL (enhanced latency) series worth the extra 10 bucks or so?

😱 Aw man seriously the tiny gains are NOT worth all the extra cash. Grab yourself 512MB of PC3200 preferably a good brand like Crucial or TwinMOS and don't look back. Things like PC3500+ or super low latency stuff is there to take your money for gains of less than 5% (often less than 3%) so IMHO forget it. There are plenty of better places to put that cash!
