It would be recommended to buy the matching pair of Corsair memory.

But again, unlike DDR2, DDR RAM, working at half of the frequencies of e.g. DDR2 800, are less susceptible to mismatched subtimings, IMO.

As long as you match the timings, frequency AND voltage, you should be fine.

I just compared the timings of your choices, and see that they are a liitle different. Going with the same memory as you have in your system now is the safest bet.

Otherwise, it is a bit of a gamble.
