I am needing about 512mb of pc2700 ddr to go in my p4s333 sis645 board...

1)kingmax true pc2700 333mhz 5ns = 90-93 per 256 module

2)Samsung true pc2700 333mhz 6ns = 85 per 256 module

3) Mushkin pc2700 333mhz 6ns = 115 per 256 module

I will likely be running at 139fsb on my board with 3:4 mem ratio for a clock speed of 369mhz...

Whixch memory will be able to handle this oc over spec...I think the 5ns sounds better and surprised at the stiff price of the muskin considering it is only 6ns memory...

What about ocz memory...seems sketchy but I saw pc3000 memory which I assume is pc2700 clocked to that level but guaranteed, right? My 369mhz would be right at pc3000 ddr....

Need help!!!

whatever you do stay away from ocz the stuff is horrible

out of those three i have only heard about kingmax DDR333 and it is good stuff

i dont even think the OCZ is true 5ns ram

and kingmax seems to the the only 5ns ram so i would go with that

Duvie, if you frequent the GH forum, you'll know that many people generally have nothing but loathing for OCZ products (myself included).

A vote for the Kingmax. I have a stick on my Iwill XP333-R that is hapilly doing 188mhz @ CL2...I got up to 205mhz FSB with less agressive timings. It has true 5ns chips and it runs very cool due to the tiny BGA packaging. I run it @ 2.7v and it doesn't even get warm.. :)
