has anyone heard of corsair's pc2400 cas 2 ddr ram. curious on the performance, it has to scream.

Yes I have 2 sticks of it. It's 300MHz stuff basically so not 2x133MHz (PC2100) but an extra speed boost of 2x17MHz.

crucial'd ddr ram is cas 2.5, while corsair is cas 2, overclocked or not it should still perform extremely well

check their site again, its says cl=2.5 for pc2100. pc1600 on the other hand is cas 2. Then add in the fact that I'm a reseller of crucial ram and my contact told me the same thing that their pc2100 is cas 2.5.

my pc133 ram is marked as cas 3, yet i'm running it at cas 2. salman said it WORKED at cas 2. what it works as and what it is marked as are two different things, there isn't really an argument as to what it's marked as, sweb.
