PC2100 RAM timings

Hi, I think that my PC3200 RAM in my P4P800 deluxe is faulty, so I'm trying to confirm that by using my old PC2100 RAM in it instead. The problem is, I have trouble booting up with the 2100 ram, so I think I might have to reconfigure the Bios so that the 2100 will work. What kind of set up should I have for this to work? Any help will be appreciated.

PC2100 should not be used in comination with a 800FSB P4. The white paper match for that would be a 533FSB or 400FSB P4, but it is many suggest that a 400FSB P4 is the highest you should pair that memory. You will need to clock down to 133FSB to get that to work, but I don't remember if it is possible with that motherboard.
