PC2100 RAM: CAS2.5 vs. CAS2 - What is the performance difference, is real world applications?
 
real world performance is small, although benchmark performance such as sandra memory benchmarks can be large. while overclocking experiences vary, i have yet to hear of someone not being able to run crucial pc2100 cas2.5 at cas2.
