Which would be needed for a AMD 1800+ cpu? If only the PC2100 was needed , how would this affect overclocking? Also what is the fastest cpu you could get to run with pc2100?

PC2100 does not depend on CPU speed, it can be used for any processor with a 266 MHz Front side bus, such as the athlon xp. PC2700 supports speeds of up to 333MHz, and would be better for overclocking, but not necessary, since my crucial PC2100 goes up to PC2700 speeds
 
How would you rate samsung memory? I am placing a large order in at newegg, but they do not have the 512mb modules of samsung, just 256mb, so I was just gonna order 2 of them instead..unless they have another brand of 512mb modules there that you would recommend?
