PC2100 DDR RAM: Athlon XP 2000+ or Barton 2500+?

I've got some DDR266 (PC2100) RAM; should I pair it with a 2000+ or Barton 2500+?

I won't be overcocking, and I haven't picked a motherboard yet. I have everything except a motherboard and processor, though I do need to RMA for a new power supply

Look:
2000+: 133 * 12.5 = 1666 MHz w 256kb L2(assuming it's a T-bred and not a Throton, which should be interesting.
2500+: 166 * 11.0 = 1833 MHz w 512bk L2.

You could run asynchronous and I think the 2500+ would be a tad faster. Run it synchornous and it's slower: 11 * 133 = 1333 + 133 = 1466 < 1666.

If they're evenly priced, get the 2500+ and run asynchronous. Good luck!
