I'm ordering memory for my Duron 700 - MSI Pro 2A combo. Will going with PC133 make that much of a difference in performance?

Thanks for any imput.

I am not sure how much of a performance difference there would be, but make sure you get good quality ram, either PC-100 cas2 or PC-133 cas-2. I have read numerous sad stories of cheap ram + Duron + KT133 motherboard= big headaches:|. I would be confident with Mushkin or Crucial, and some people recommend memman, but I have no experience with them.

Read the fine print before buying cheap generic ram online.

Go for the PC133 ram, it's overall around 10-15% faster for your system if you run your ram at 133Mhz CAS2.

PC133 for sure. You may not need it right now, but for the small price difference you get a small performance improvement, and greater OC potential. Also, stay away from generic if you OC. I use the Mosel Vitelic PC143 Rev2, CAS 2. Good stuff.
