PC133 memory on an Intel 815EEAL

I need help. I'm running an Intel 815EEAL mobo with my P3-650 cbo (100mhz) cpu and 256mb pc133, is the ram supposed to run at 133fsb or does it default to the fsb of the cpu? And also, if I overclock my cpu using another mobo because I know intel mobo doesn't work, will I be able to overclock my memory as well? Any comments welcome. Thanks in advance.
