PC133 CL2 32Mx64 SODIMM - when are prices going to drop?

My Dell Inspiron 8100 is choking on the 256MB of CL3 PC133 SODIMM with XP Pro.

I wanted to get two 256MB CL2 sticks when they were $45 each, but I waited too long and they're $60+ each.

Where's the best place to get low cost quality ram that fits my specs (PC133, 256MB, CL-2, non-ECC, 32Mx64) ?
