Can anyone thell me if there's a real performance difference between PC100 and PC133 (Not overclocked) on AMD chips running 200/266 respectively? Or the performace difference between the 200/266 chips. I know memory is dirt cheap at the mo but i got so much PC100 i don't know if to go 133 or not.

There is a significant performance increase when going 133/133 fsb/mem bus. There is a small but respectable increase from 100/100 to 100/133 fsb/mem.

Yup what he said. The only problem with the 100/133 solution is that there's some latency or something issues, where the frequencies aren't matched up, and that introduces a slight delay, so it might affect performance a bit (well, from the 133/133 solution at least)

On my cely450, when I went from pc100 c3 to pc133 c2, my Q2 went from 110 fps to 125. When I went from 128 to 256 megs, it increased again to 129 fps. So it does make a difference.
