Hello,

I m having a PC100 Siemens 64MB SDRAM. I need to upgrade to 128 RAM but wondering should I get a PC133 PNY 64MB RAM or Kingston PC100 64MB RAM. I would appreciate for any kind of assistance, Thanks !

Regards,

I'd always go for the 'faster' memory. There is always a chance of incompatibility problems, but this isn't an issue of the FSB speed, only the brand and configeration of the PCB and modules. Some motherboards just don't like some brands. This isn't cut and dried. I'd always buy the higher FSB Ram if the price was close. You might find the PC100 runs at 133 with no problems....then again it might not.
