PC100 CAS3 vs PC133 CAS2 Performance

I was wondering what kind of performance increase would I notice if I went from 192mb generic PC100 CAS3 memory to 256mb PC133 CAS2 memory that John is selling on the fs/ft forum (Mosel Vitelic "high performance" REV2 cas2 PC143)? I mainly use the system to play games and surf the net... using win98se right now but tend to format/change operating systems frequently just for fun 😉
I have a Abit KA7-100 motherboard & Athlon 750mhz processor... I may overclock this once I get some memory that will allow me to do so.. my current memory won't overclock too well.
Thanks for any feedback.

CAS2 is always faster..
Difference between PC100 & PC133 is 33Mhz of bandwidth
Unless your CPU is 100FSB and your mobo has +33FSB feature, getting 133 wouldn't do much except that you can use it on a 133FSB Mobo next time.

You're talking NS here.. how much NS do you have to lose to gain 1 physical second of speed improvement.

You have athlon 750mhz, 7.5 x 100FSB.. I think the max fsb you can hit is around 105-107 safely and max out at 110 ?

How are you trying to overclock ? FSB or multiplier ?

Actually I think when I was overclocking before I got it up to 115 CPU FSB and it was still stable.. I was just worried about heat at the time. But once I moved it into a new case with better cooling and updated the bios I can't overclock nearly as far.. havn't really tried recently tho. And yes my motherboard can run hostclk+pciclk = 133mhz memory.
