PC Workload and Data Type Monitoring Software?

Hello,

I’m looking for software who will daily monitor (and log) my Workload and Data Type on my PC. I’d like to check OS and Programs files that are used through my daily work (with their size, were read/write options, etc.), I’m also wondering of month/year peak/average CPU, memory and graphics load. My goal are not speed tests but peak/average PC components loads. I’m very curious about statistics since I’m preparing to buy new SSD, CPU, RAM, graphics, etc.

Any suggestions/comments are most appreciated.
