PC Won't Resume for Sleep

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction with this one. My PC won't resume from sleep via any method. [power button, keyboard, etc.] If I allow it to go to sleep I have to power cycle the power supply before it will come back on. I have played with the BIOS setting with no success. The motherboard is Asus M4A88TD-V Evo / USB3.

Any help is appreciated.

I know you mentioned you checked it out in the BIOS, but just making sure you are adjusting the Suspend Mode to S3, not Auto.

For troubleshooting purposes, you should configure your system as follows:

Disable hibernation.
Do not let the computer turn off hard disk. (set time to 100+ minutes)
Do not let computer turn off display. (set time to 100+ minutes)

Once all these settings are disabled or set to a high value, set your computer to sleep after 5 minutes. Now let it go to sleep and see if it wakes up any differently.
