I've had this box for about a year and it has been running great, no problems at all until now. The only thing that has recently changed was the fan on the video card died yesterday so I took a case fan and attached it to the video card and then plugged the power into one of the spare fan power jacks on the motherboard.
What happened was I was playing Lineage2 for a couple of hours when all of a sudden my machine blue screened and then promptly tried to reboot to fast for me to get the error message. It then just stayed at a black screen with the HD light on constantly. I powered off and back on a few times without any change until for whatever reason I was holding down the delete key on the keyboard and powered back on, since then the computer tries to power up and then shuts down within one second. All the fans will spin up when this happens, both the power and hd leds will turn on then off.
I tried removing everything from the computer, hd, dvd drives, video card, and I even tried resetting the cmos data.
I'm at a loss as to what happened, anyone got any ideas?
