PC won't post... need a little help plz?

Problem just started this morning. I power on the computer and it just flat won't post. The power light comes on for 2-3 seconds and then goes back off. After which the computer powers BACK on again and remains in an otherwise dormant state. No post, No attempt to boot from any type of media. Don't even get a splash screen. In fact, there is absolutely zero output to the monitor period... Yesterday everything worked great...

Abit-IP35E
Intel E4500 (stock cooler/stock speed)
4GB Corsair XMS 6400 DDR
250GB Segate Barracude SATAII
ATI 1300xt video card
Antec Earthwatts 500 PSU
openSuSE 11.1 operating system

plugged into APC SmartUPS 1500 (trust me it wasn't a power surge)
