PC won't detect USB devices!

I pressed the sleep button on my Logitech Keyboard, to see what it would do. It went into suppend mode. When it came back, I got a blue screen. It started to dump memory, but before it finished I just rebooted. Now my USB keyboard and mouse won't work. I reset my bios, and re-enabled Legacy USB support and I can't even get into my Bios unless I connect a PS2 Keyboard. Up until this my pc has been running perfect. Any suggestions would could be causing this? I was considering doing an upgrade install of XP Pro, but since I can't even get into my bios with my USB keyboard I'm going to assume it's more then just a windows problems.

There is powering coming from the ports, I hooked my cell phone to the USB cable and the phone was charging. Would the sleep mode somehow fried the ports to shat? I tried all 4 in the back, and the 2 on the front of my case with no luck.

thanks.

***GOT IT WORKING AGAIN!!!***

MSI's Forum suggested to unplug the power cable and power supply to mobo plug, after that it started working again.
