PC won't boot in 1866 w/ GA-F2A68HM-H

Recently made a cheap FM2 build with the A4 7300 using the Gigabyte FM2+ GA-F2A68HM-H motherboard and 2x4GB of G.Skill Ares 1866 9 10 9 memory.

Currently, my memory is running at 1600 but XMP = no boot and it won't boot when I try to manually put in the numbers. Was hoping run at 2133 to see the difference in benchmarks between 1600 and 2133 on this platform but it's not working.

Thoughts and suggestions?

Memory voltage ? 1.5 or 1.65, and see max supported mem voltage on the board.

Some of the low end Processors do NOT support higher than 1600 MHz Frequencies. I don't know how they implement it, possibily by disabling the appropiated Memory Divisor.
