pc which is better?

The build in the second link should give you better overall performance due to have twice the RAM. Is this something you are going to build yourself? I would swap out the hard drive for an SSD to really appreciate the extra performance.

Neither system is particularly very good.

Some suggested components.

RAM - Suggest at least 8GB of RAM as many games and applications make use of a lot of RAM.

SSD - (Optional) Samsung 840 EVO 120 GB. Installing a solid state drive for the boot disk and the operating system will speed up programs considerably. BUT! Any important data must be saved on a HDD as a second drive. SSD can fail with ALL data loss!

HDD - Western Digital Black 1TB model WD1002FAEX. Need a reliable drive, particularly for data storage. Use this as either boot/OS disk and for data storage, OR, if using SSD use this HDD for storage only.

PSU - Seasonic M12II EVO 520W. Need a reliable and stable power supply unit.

Just like meeshu my opinion is that both are not good. When looking for a good PC look for: the ram should be 8-16 GB (get 16 GB so you wont have to upgrade for atleast 1-2 years) SSD (the more the better) 2TB of HDD is more than enough and for the CPU and video im not really informed about them yet 🙂

The issue is money. I think he don't have enough me to buy PC which you say🙁
