I guess I don't... but I guess I also don't care, since I don't have an XBox 😛
But I would wager there's still a much larger mod community for PC compared to XBox.

No, I'm saying that they suck.
It's nothing to do with learning. A mouse is far superior in terms of accuracy than a joypad.

Agreed. An FPS on a console has to be written to take this into account.
