PC Voltages Abnormal

Hey Guys,
I just put together my new system and on first boot I get this message during post:

"H/W Monitor Status Abnormal"

So I check my voltages and temperatures and notice that the voltage for "Sil3132 ESATA" is in the red at a reading of 2.24V

I ignored it for now and installed windows and tossed on all the software including PC Probe II. This is telling me that not only is my ESATA voltage abnormal but my 12V (15.17V), 5V (6.34V), and LAN PHY (2.50V) are all abnormal. These voltages don't match those on the BIOS.

My question is, is there any way to lower these voltages? Or should I just take a Multimeter to the system and check them myself?

Also, I noticed that in windows my 2 SATA drives are being treated as external devices (ie, there is a "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the system tray)... how can I fix this problem?

It is normal for software utilities to report incorrect voltages. However, not to the extent to cause an error!
Use a multimeter to measure your voltages accurately enough.

The bios are giving me voltage readings that are more reasonable and aren't giving me warnings on them. So my question is, is it safe to run my PC, or should I just shut it down and leave it be until I can test the voltages myself?

It would be cautious to shut it down and check the voltages.

It is normal for SATA drives to be listed as removable, and to see the SRH icon.
