PC upgraded: won't bootup flashes red led on motherboard

I just upgraded my pc. Only CPU, MB, GPU & Case is new, everything else is from my old PC. I also cleaned my PSU before installing new hardware. After installing everything when i started the pc it flashed red led on motherboard. At first it was only flashing red led for cpu, then i checked my cpu to see if it was fit or not but now red led apper for cpu for just few seconds then vga card i tried my old gpu still same thing. When i tried to boot with my old cpu n mb, its not booting up with that also. Sorry for my english

I'm going to suspect that you damaged your PSU when you "cleaned" it. Did you open it up to do that?

Exactly how did you clean your power supply and was it dry when you powered it up afterwards?

The CM RS 600 seems to feature separate 2 x 4 pin connectors for additional MB juice. I'm guessing that you've plugged in both 4 pin psu plugs right?

That could be a guess better than any of mine. As a last resort, he could try resetting CMOS and getting a hand-held PSU tester.

Did the OP confirm with "high confidence" that he'd checked the motherboard socket pins for alignment with a magnifier before he installed the processor? Just sayin' -- cuz there's an overlap of his symptoms with those I'd experienced under similar troubles for "damaged/bent" pins.
