I have a DFI Ultra-D Nf4 setup with a 3200+ cpu. I was thinking of upgrading to a C2D system. So I would have to change the Mobo, ram and Cpu to do this. I was thinking also of The C2D E4300. I have a pretty good video card so I don't need to upgrade it(7900GTO). Anyhow could you guys suggest a motherboard for me? I want something that would let me overclock well. When I got the DFI Ultra-D it was the best overclocker. Now I don't even see DFI in any line-up here.
My other option would be to get an Opteron 165. And maybe some new ram....but to get any good ram for DDR I have to spend > $200. It would cost like $400 to upgrade to the opty and ram, and I wouldn't even have the latest DDR 2 ram?
