Question PC turns off instantly after turned on, psu and cpu fan running

Hello forum users,

When I power my PC, with everything plugged in, my CPU fan and PSU fan will run for a short second then my PC will turn off instantly (case fans ARE NOT running)

Intel Core is 2300 2.8 ghu
8gb ram samsung
GTX 960

psu: Power supply

Motherboard: Motherboard
 
Check to make sure you've connected all the right cable connections. Incorrect wiring wouldn't be the fault of any component...
