I know I can go out to Best Buy and buy a TV Tuner card from ATI that will let me watch TV on my PC...and that's half of what I want. I want to be able to do the exact opposite of that. PC on my TV. Anyone know of a card that will let me do that?

Matrox make the best cards for TV out, amazing quality. They also make a PCI card so you can keep your existing AGP card if you want.
