PC Suddenly Won't Turn On.

Ok so my PC won't turn on...Basically, tt was fine the day before, but when I tried to turn it on the next day, nothing happens.

I see the MOBO light is on though...also when I turn off the PSU's power button off then on again, then try to turn the PC on, it'd turn on for a fraction of a second then turn off again...well atleast the fans & lights. Not sure about other stuff since its too fast to see if anything else went on. I'm going to test a basic setup w/ just the vidcard and try powering it...at least that's what Monarch Tech Support told me to do...

Anyway, I just wanted to see if the knowledgable people here have any ideas what might be the problem? Any suggestions are welcome and well appreciated, thanks!

Also, I never had any temperature problems and I did not OC anything.
 
Ok cool....I'm gonna issue an RMA for the PSU....thanks everyone! 😀

Oh yeah also another question, I have SATA HDDs, if I disconnect them from the mobo, then plug them back in...it'll show up again regularly right?
