PC split screen games

I'm looking for a couple of split screen games for the pc to play with a buddy. I heard dirt 3, grid, and blur have split screen. Does anyone know if DIRT 3 can use one keyboard for both players? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
Only split screen pc game I ever played was Colin Mcrae Rally 04. It was incredibly fun against my buddy with gamepads. Every non-hardcore racing game should include this feature.
 
If anyone is interested here is a list I've made so far.

Dirt 3
Blur
Split second
Sonic and Sega All Star Racing
Left 4 Dead 1 and 2
Portal 2

Anything else?

Does it have to be split screen? I know with DeathSpank you can play cooperatively on the same computer.
