PC sometimes wont post/boot, blank screen, no beep

My spec :
ABIT KN8-Ultra, AMD 64 3200
Nv 7300 GT
Memory : 512x2 Twinmos
Hdd: Samsung 160G SATA

Suddenly, starting a week ago, my PC become unstable, and now it wont boot or post, no beep whatsoever, only display blank screen. Sometimes there are artifacts on screen.

If I push reset button several times, sometimes it can boot and go to Windows, but after half an hour, winamp sound start to stuttering, became slow and finally hang, or, the screen become messy with color and lines, then hang. If I press reset button once, it restart, but wont post or boot.

I did some test
1. Run w/ MB & Proc only, (no vga & memory) long beep repeatedly
2. Run w/ MB, Proc & Memory (no VGA), one long beep followed by several short beep
3. Run w/ MB, Proc & VGA only (no memory), no beep, blank screen
4. Run w/ everything on place, with new PSU, no beep, blank screen

What could be the possible problem ?

Here's a possibility of what happened:

Your case temps were high for more then a short time and your PSU started to degrade, then a capacitor failed in PSU which cause a power spike that took out a component on your MB and now your system doesn't POST, so not even a new PSU helps. OR a component on MB was starting to overheat and it finally bit-the-dust.

Check warranty on MB. U may need to RMA it.

Do u have a PSU tester? u might get one with a LCD display and test old PSU.
