PC shows 5.25" floppy that I don't have.........

Have a KA7-100 Motherboard running four hard drives in Raid 0- striping. LS120, cdrom, Sparqie that all work but also have a 5.25 floppy showing up which is not installed. I shut off FDD controller in bios but floppy is still there. It pushed my LS120 from A drive to f drive. Anybody have any ideas? This is a new one on me.
