PC Secutiry problems

I installed a demo version of a program called PC Security on the laptop. The laptop is a tochiba with windows 98. I think the path is c:\progrmas\security.
Now the program locked the computer and I can't get access to the pc. I am able to go into msdos using the startup disk. I would like to know how can I get to delete it without having to do format of the hard drive. I have sent the severeal email to the compnay who made the program but so far I don't get any responses. Please, help.

It may help if you tell us how green you are with PC's.

For now, I'm thinking you may have to go into safe mode. Sounds like this security program may have locked you out of windows? Or is your computer actually crashing after installing it? Either way, get into safe mode to try to remove it.

In Win95, hit F8 when you see "Starting Windows 95...". In Win98 and WinMe, hold down the left most CTRL (Control) key while the system boots. In WinXP and Win2K hit F8 at the boot menu. All should show a safe mode option.

I have tried that but everytime I try to delete in safe mode it comes looking the windows screen. I don't really know what to do. please, help
