Question PC screen turns off and fan turns on at max speed

I keep getting a black screen and the fans turn on at their max speed, randomly.

Could be an hardware problem or a configuration problem?

What is your power supply? Do you have another card you can test? Did you reset the UEFI CMOS on your motherboard?

PSU is Seasonic Prime TX-1600 Noctua Edition
I do not have another card i can test, i have reset the UEFI CMOS
Problem was present with previous bios version 3.25 3.30

The last 50X0 owner I read with this problem ended up RMAing after failing to resolve the blackscreen issue. I did see one report reinstalling windows worked, but you already tried that. I'd also physically reseat the card.

My bet: The KFA2 factory OC + immature 5080 drivers are the smoking gun. I’d test with a slight underclock first. If that solves it, you’ve got confirmation without wasting time swapping hardware.

3.40 broke my 4 ssd raid array. Granted I was away for a week and as soon as I returned home powered on to w11 update. turned out to be monitor but I didn't think anyone would find the buttons for it since they are behind on back side above power light.
Thinking of trying the 3.50 even thought no changelogs, just to see if I can get my 4 SATA ports back.

\EDIT I know the version changed from e to f. That is all on AGESA version

Changed the GPU cable with the one embedded to the GPU and changed the soc/uncore oc mode from auto to enabled in asrock bios.
Problem seems solved now.
