How can this chain survive with such bad service? Everytime I go in and look for something, noone help my ass. the salesmen are always helping someone else or hiding in the back or something.

I find salesmen at bestbuy(who know nothing about electronics) more helpful then PC Richard.

When my girlfriend's laptop died, they let her put her hard drive into one of their display units and copy everything off to an external hard drive. I'd say that's decent service.

So, they're not rude. There just aren't enough of them? Thats not that bad customer service if they're just helping other people. Didn't sound like they DIDN'T do something for you aside from probably ask you to wait until they were finished. Or maybe you're just one of those wussy people who just stands around and watches as they help other people because you're too socially inept to do anything about it.

no my friend, they are rude if i do find one to help me. unless its sumthin i can grab off the shell and get it without any help of the salemen, i wont be going there anytime soon.

understaffin is one thing, having 2 employees standing at the door smokin and drinkin coffee is another
