PC reboots when network share is accessed

I have a PC that contains database information on a partition that is shared across a network. When other PCs attempt to access this partition, it causes the host PC to reboot.

At first, I thought this might be a RAM or power supply issue, but memtest showed no RAM errors, and thorough testing reveals that this only occurs when a PC on the network accesses the shared partition, which leads me to believe it is unrelated to the power supply.

I am googling this one, but I want to know what you guys think the possible causes might be?

My first presumption would be a 3rd party driver that monitors the file system, first suspect AV... Whats on the box?

This didn't affect anything.

Would it help to post the event log? There is a blue screen with an error, but it reboots before I can write anything down.

You can turn off that reboot in advaned system properties under mycomputer. Still really sounds like a bad filter driver, anything else on that box that does any realtime work?
